John, Dr. Sun and I stayed at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan China. Dr. Sun was from the city and graduated from the college. The campus was nicer than any other place we have been to since they get a lot more water than other areas. It was extremely hot there- usually 95-110 degrees there and pretty humid.

We were shown around by students under Professor Chen who were all extremely kind to us. Thank you Pen, Winkie, Michael, Jumper and the rest of the students. The first set of pictures is from a couple places on the HUST CAMPUS. Every person in the top pictures was age 22-25.

The next set of pictures is us by the riverside in the CITY where they had a newly built park. The next is just a picture of a Chinese McDonald's.

We went out to DINNER with Dr. Chen and all the students at an all you could eat and all you could drink (Beer) place. They gave you raw seafood, meat and vegetables and you put it in boiling water to create your own soup. We ate and drank for several hours before going out on the town.

We drove by taxi to a street lined with places that all had signs labeled 'KTV.' We were going to sing KARAOKE. We went into a small room lined with acoustic walls that had couches surrounding a TV and speakers. They sang just about all Chinese songs so we didnt have a clue what they were singing. John and I sang Pretty Woman, Jingle Bells and a couple others and we couldnt stop laughing. They on the other hand took the singing very seriously even though they weren't the most amazing singers. Still we had a ton of fun and how many people can say they sang drunk Karaoke with a bunch of Chinese people.
